Sindh and KP publish the same twelve-chapter book, chapter for chapter in the same order — human organ systems, transport, reproduction in plants, environment and feeding relationships, water, structure of an atom, physical and chemical changes, heat, dispersion of light, sound, circuits and electric current, investigating space — both National Curriculum 2006 in AFAQ-prepared editions, and this is a shared artefact rather than two provincial choices. Punjab's SNC volume shares only about four of those twelve titles. It adds Immunity and Diseases, Chemical Bonds, Solutions and Technology in Everyday Life, and drops the Water chapter both other boards give a full unit to. This is Punjab's current book against the book Sindh and KP are currently printing; neither of theirs contains COVID-19 material, dating the content pre-2020 regardless of reprint year, while Punjab's carries seven mentions. Religiously all three are near-empty. Punjab's is the one file in its science set extracted as native digital text rather than OCR, which makes its A1 of 1 secure: zero religious tokens, not even the bismillah its other volumes carry. Sindh is also A1 1 on direct evidence in native text. KP sits at 2 on a single hadith epigraph on the inside cover making the seeking of knowledge obligatory, with nothing religious in the body. The real divergence is localisation and pedagogy. Sindh's is the only science book in the corpus that localises its content rather than its masthead: Figure 4.4 River Indus, Figure 4.5 Clifton Beach, Thar named the driest region, and Activity 5.3 asking pupils to "Draw a labelled map of Sindh to show these sources". KP, running the same chapter list, does none of this and offers about twenty activities against Sindh's sixty-five and Punjab's sixty-six. Sindh and KP hand pupils the same twelve chapters; only Sindh bothers to set them in the country the pupils live in.
